New features/enhancements
Role Performing autofill
[ ZOLL UI ]
When selecting a crew member for a procedure and/or medication on Page 8, the crew members role is now automatically populated in the Role Performing field.
Note: The crew member level from Page 1 will be used. If no level is assigned on Page 1, the level from the crew members user profile will be used. If no level is found, the Page 8 Role Performing field will be left blank. Crew members can change the Role Performing value after it has been autofilled.
User Profile - Position and Clinical Title
[ ZOLL UI ] [ LEGACY UI ]
We have updated the way the system filters the list of crew members available to be documented on a chart and in the Duty Roster. The results will be limited to personnel from the User Roster based on the 'Position' and 'Clinical Title' selections assigned to them in their profile. The 'Position' and 'Clinical Title' selections are configured in the 'User Titles' code table and there are three configurations per User Title that control the crew member filtering: 'Is Clinical', 'Show In Fire Lookups', and 'Show in PCR Lookups'.

Users who will not be available to select as a crew member in a chart or the Duty Roster:
-
Users who have a Position configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'No' and do not have a Clinical Title assigned.
-
Users who have a Clinical Title configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'No' and do not have a Position assigned.
-
Users who have both a Position and Clinical Title assigned that are configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'No'.
Users who will be available to select as a crew member in a chart or the Duty Roster:
-
Users who do not have a Position or Clinical Title assigned.
-
Users who have a Position configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'Yes' and do not have a Clinical Title assigned.
-
Users who have a Clinical Title configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'Yes' and do not have a Position assigned.
-
Users who have both a Position and Clinical Title assigned that are configured with 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'Yes'.
Note: For users with both 'Show In Fire Lookups' and 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'No', you will note the same expected result in the Duty Roster as in the charts. However, users with 'Show In Fire Lookups' = 'Yes' and 'Show In PCR Lookups' = 'No' will be available in the Duty Roster but not in charts.
Fixed issues
Procedure Logs Format options
[ ZOLL UI ]
We fixed an issue that was preventing the Procedure Logs report Format options from displaying when the report was run for more than one crew member at a time. Now, if you remove the defaulted crew member from the Crew section of the report, a drop-down field called 'Format' is available. These formatting options ensure users can configure the output of the Procedure Logs report.
Note: The Procedure Logs report can be found under Patient Records.
Free-text Physician field for Medical Consult action
[ ZOLL UI ]
We fixed an issue that was preventing the Medical Consult action free-text Physician field from saving on initial entry. You no longer have to reopen or edit the Medical Consult action to save a manually entered Physician.
Chart navigation using 'BACK' and 'NEXT PAGE' buttons
[ ZOLL UI ]
We fixed an issue that was causing the 'BACK' button on Pages 8 and 9 to take users back to incorrect pages within the chart. Now when using the 'BACK' and 'NEXT PAGE' buttons, you will be taken to the numerically correct page.
Enter/Return key removing crew member from assignment in Duty Roster
[ ZOLL UI ] [ LEGACY UI ]
We fixed an unintended behavior within the Duty Roster where clicking into the Search field and subsequently using the Enter or Return key on the keyboard caused the first crew member assigned to a unit, from the top of the list, to be removed from their assignment. Continued use of the Enter or Return key on the keyboard would keep removing crew members from assignments in a descending order. Using the Enter or Return key within the Duty Roster now has no effect.
Blood Product Administration - Implied/Emergent Consent Reason
[ ZOLL UI ] [ LEGACY UI ]
We fixed an issue with the way the system generated comments for the Blood Product Administration action 'Implied/Emergent Consent Reason' field. Now, when a selection is made for the 'Implied/Emergenct Consent Reason' field, the value is saved and displayed within the action appropriately.
